TWR-250-500 Tote Washer
The tote washer remote location unit is set up so that customers can have one wash pump system in one room and have multiple lids for wash tanks in separated room. This allows for more flexibility in washing tanks. When multiple heads are ordered the washing system will have multiple feed actuated valves for what ever cycle is ordered. Each head has a feed back signal that tells the PLC that the lid is down before customer can start the unit.
Once lid is down the customer has two options to activate the cycles. First option is to go back to wash pump skid and on HMI screen select the wash head that they want to activate. The second option is push button station that when selected the PLC notes what wash head they wanted activated and system starts that unit to run it set cycles.
The HMI/PLC has adjustable cycle times. Standard unit has washing selection adjustable times from 1 min to 60 min. Once selected the washing cycle will retain the input time, from that point on unless changed.
Once wash starts the remote return discharge pump will also activate to return the washing fluids back to holding tank for next washing cycle or to feed the washing pump again tell the wash cycle time is complete.
Optional rinse cycle operations. The rinse cycle is activated after the wash cycle is completed.
Nitrogen purge is activated before wash cycle is activated.
