Acextra-P5R stands out in the Flexo Printing Industry as a top-tier photopolymer plate wash solution. This chemical product is specifically designed to enhance the efficiency of automated cleaning processes for both letterpress and flexo plates.

The primary goal in developing P5R was to streamline and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of cleaning photopolymer plates.

It is capable of cleaning virtually any solvent-based photopolymer plate. Furthermore, P5R can serve as a replacement for other solvent-based wash solutions, demonstrating its broad applicability and ease of integration into existing workflows.

When compared to other products like Solvit QD and Kelleigh 24″x30″x0.067″, Acextra-P5R significantly shortens the washing duration to 15 minutes or less.
