SRS Engineering presents the TW-Series, a specialized range of tote and tank washers. These systems are compatible with both metal and plastic totes or tanks, accommodating a maximum opening of 80 inches.
Our robust automatic tote washing systems, including the TW-Series and the CTW-Series for larger washing volumes, are engineered to clean the inner surfaces of totes, tanks, mixers, churns, and kettles.
The TW-Series is tailored for industries like pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, coatings, paint, resin, and petroleum. It’s adept at removing various residues such as paint, coatings, adhesives, inks, and dyes. For those seeking exterior washing options, the MW-Series is available.
This series can handle up to 80-inch kettles, IBCs, totes, tanks, and mixer tanks, whether they’re made of metal or plastic. Its high-pressure pumps and powerful jet spray nozzles are designed to tackle even the toughest residues, including cured resins, paints, and road paint, whether they’re water or solvent-based.
The TW-Series operates with solvents, caustic solutions, and water wash systems, and features Closed-Loop setups to reduce wastewater or solvent wastage.
