WB-100S Wash Bath system
This unit was designed to do parts that need to be soaked. The wash pump circulates the liquids after loaded in washer through jets to circulate the liquids over top of the part. This circulation cycle runs on set point time. after circulation the washer discharges the liquids based on cycle time operations.
Break down of cycles:
Wash cycle counter: there is an adjustable cycle counter, that once washer is loaded the counter starts counting down each time wash start is activated. This is adjustable from 1-100 cycles. Once it reaches final cycle it discharges the washer that has spent solvents. The customer hits start button again and the washer reloads the washing chamber.
Washing cycle timer: the washing cycle timer is based in minutes; this has a 1 to 60 min timer that when activated runs the washing cycle timer. Once time has elapsed that cycle will be done and will nock down the (wash cycle counter) down by one cycle.
