Drum washers DW2C- Pneumatic version

Closed drum washer for water or solvent applications only. The washer can do open top or closed top drums. This washer can be configured as a pneumatic unit or as an electrical unit and upgraded for electrical explosion proof areas. Each unit comes with rotating wash interior nozzle. The nozzle is set for 4.5 GPM at 40 PSI and can run up to 80 PSI at 6.2 GPM

The interior drum washer is push button start and stop. The pneumatic unit can run at 60-80 PSI max wash pressure.

The drum door limit switch to ensure that the door is closed. If switch is not activated the washer will not activate. Each unit has adjustable timer to set washes from 1 min to 60 min. This is to allow customer more time if needed based on buildup of materials in the drum.

These washers are offered in Carbon steel, 304 stainless steel or in 316 stainless steel. This works solvent or water applications and is easily cleaned up when oils, grease, paint or inks get over exterior of it when in stainless steel. Carbon steel version is epoxy painted.

Pneumatic unit part Number (DW2-PN) this has two air pumps to wash and drain the drum washer. The unit can wash plastic or steel drums. The washer can also wash out overpacks drums with a simple adjustment of raising the wash nozzle threaded pipe.
