Drum washers DW2C- Electrical version
Closed drum washer for water applications. The washer can do open top or closed top drums. This washer can be configured as an electrical unit. Each unit comes with rotating wash interior nozzle. The nozzle can run up to 100 PSI at 7.8 GPM and at 120 PSI it runs at 9 GPM.
The interior drum washer is push button start and stop. The Standard electrical unit runs between 100-120 PSI high pressure based on the liquid.
The drum door limit switch to ensure that the door is closed. If switch is not activated the washer will not activate. Each unit has adjustable timer to set washes from 1 min to 60 min. This is to allow customer more time if needed based on buildup of materials in the drum.
The electrical cabinet is IP-66 electrical panel for wash down applications to keep panel sealed.
These washers are sold in Carbon steel, 304 stainless steel or in 316 stainless steel. This works with water applications and is easily cleaned up when oils, grease, water-based paint or water-based inks get over exterior of it.
The unit can wash plastic or steel drums in the enclosed chamber. The optional exhaust fan can be added to unit to remove water vapors for systems that use hot water washing. Optional rinse pump can be added to rinse off the drums after using washing fluid repeatedly.
The electrical version Part Number (DW2C-CS-E), (DW2C-SS-E) (DW2C-316-E) this will be for the materials used on washer cabinet and process piping.
The electrical versions have a multistage high-pressure pump. This increases the pressure and flow rate output to clean the interior of the drum.
