TW-500T Tilting Washer:
The IBC Tote Washer model TW-500T is designed to wash and rinse the interior of totes and other containers. The system comes complete with PLC controls with color touch screen inside an IP66 electrical cabinet. The system can wash containers from 200 USG to 800-gallon Tanks.
Each washer can be used with water washing or can be upgraded for solvent washing. Water washing system is a standard unit that comes with interior washing. The high pressure 450 PSI washing system moves 28 GPM @ 450 PSI with high impacting against the materials that are being cleaned out.
The customer just brings the utilities to the washing system and then connect the process lines to the washing system based on equipment P&ID Drawings.
Flat bottom or sloped bottom totes are lifted on a 4 to 6-degree angle so that the liquids are sloped to the side drain of the tote tank. The Hydraulic platform lifts on one side towards the drain of the tote tank. Well on angle the wash lid that is sealed to the tote tank starts washing the interior of the tank. The TW-500T unit comes with a pneumatic diaphragm pump to remove the sludges and larger debrief materials back to customers or SRS wash holding tank.

Our washing systems can be installed in hazardous location by just adding electrical upgrade option. Each system components are pre-wired and pre-plumbed on platform of TW-500T. The electrical cables cable and glands meet hazardous location. Electrical purge system upgrades IP66 electrical panel.
Each SRS Designed washing system utilizes fewer employees that is necessary to clean the IBC’s (Totes) allowing the customers reduce costs on labor.
When solvent applications are used ask about SRS distillation units.
