The pail washer is set to do a verity of pails from Jars to 5-Gallon in size. Each wash washer is designed based on options to do water or solvent washes. The PW-08 is designed to do 8 pails at once in a single wash.

The washer can be built with Pneumatic pumps and all done in Carbon steel housing or in stainless steel housing materials.

The Pneumatic pumps are low pressure unit that can run up to 60-80 PSI with each nozzle putting out 2.3 Gallons per min. the unit is Pneumatic push buttons to start and stop operations if washing the parts. the unit also comes with a JOG button that if unit is stopped in between cycles and liquid is left in washer that customer can use the JOB button to start the drain pump to remove liquids.

Electrical version is high pressure unit that runs in standard electrical or can be upgraded to explosion proof. The units run at 120-150 PSI and output for interior wash per nozzle 4.3 gallons per min. with QYT of 8 per unit.

The JOB push button is momentary and must be held in to keep drain pump activated. This is the only function that works well the door can be open.

Door safety is there so that if the operator ever opens the lid of the unit well in operations the unit automatically shuts the pump off.

PW series washer is completely pneumatic will operate in Class 1 Division one locations hazardous areas.

The Pail washer operator loads the unit, closes the lid and locks the latches, then hits start on the push button and unit start washing the interior and exterior of the part at the same time. Each Part washer has adjustable timers to run cycle of the washer.
