DWC-TM-100 Trailer mounted washer-crusher

This Trailer mounted equipment is capable of washing and or rinsing the interior of 55-gallon drum container.

Each unit can crush the drum inside the washer’s chamber after wash or rinse cycle is complete.

The system includes a 150 gallons lower chamber Tank. The tank is used to recirculate the wash fluids to be used to clean the next drums.

External tank of total 300 USG tank is included on the trailer. When selected the washer will draw from external tank to wash and return it to external tank.

Drum crushing side will reduce a 55 USG drum down to 2 inches flat.

The DWC-TM-100 standard main equipment come with.

• 20 KW generator 460 VAC @ 3 Phase diesel.
• Washer Crusher chamber (DWC-TM-100).
• Trailer for unit, with hydraulic lift to dock height and lower drop to ground level down to 4-5 inches.
• 300 USG external tank.

Standard Washer Crusher Features

• Washer crusher chamber
• Compaction force from 85,000 to 90,000 pounds 8-bore and 4-inch shaft rod.
• Removable or replaceable piercing point on the crushing plate

Tank Options

The DWC-TM-100 model includes an internal recirculation tank system with 150 gallons capacity in lower washer crusher and external tank 300-gallon capacity. You can increase the washing-crushing water life cycle by increasing the tank capacity (500 or 1000 gallon)
