The Multi Washer dose all products drum press parts to pails to drums or pumps. The washer is a multifunction is based on its customized carts that are configured to the customer’s request. The customer can have multiple carts made. This allows more options of parts configuration and a more versatile washer.
The washer cart is pushed into the washer. The rotating exterior wash arm move up and down as it sprays against the parts under high pressure and large volumes of liquids impacting the parts, drums, press parts or pails exterior. The interior is done through the cart were interior washing sprays up into the items stacked in the cart. Drum or pail carts have rotating drum nozzles that spay into the interior of the drum or pail. The pump cart has hose that hooks up to the pump flushing out the pump internals. The Press cart interior washing is done with full cone nozzles to spray everywhere throughout the parts.
When the washer is activated, it is like a hurricane inside the washer, with large volumes of impacting fluids washing the materials loaded in the carts. Each washer has a viewing window were operation can look at the spraying when activate to see how the parts are cleaning.
Operation of the washer start with customer loading the customized carts. The customer pushes the washer cart into the washer chamber. Then they hook up the wash hose to the cart and if ordered the optional rinse hose. The door is shut and locked closed. The pneumatic air cylinders close and locks the door closed well in operations so that operators cannot open doors in middle of cycles. The operator goes to the electrical HMI touch screen and set up parameters that they want for operation time. The set point parameters are set only one time and retains the setting times that customer put in from that point on. Set point times can be changes at any time, for longer wash times rinse times and other cycle times that are wanting incressed or decreased.
The wash PLC reviews the operations and checks that all safeties are ensured to make sure washer is working correct to factory settings. Safeties on the unit are as followed, Air pressure switch to ensure that there is correct air pressure to open actuated valves, the actuated valves are fail closed spring return so if power or air pressure is lost they close automatically, door pinch pin is to make sure operator has one had on door handle and one on pinch pin that they have to move up to let the door close.
Electrical panel is IP-66 enclosure that houses all the electrical motor starters, PLC, transformers breakers and E-Stop. The front door on the cabinet will have an HMI screen that controls the washer.
Once set points have all been entered the operation just start unit by start push button beside the HMI screen. The start and stop push buttons are there so the operator is not touching the screen all the time with dirty or oily hands.
Washer high level sensor to ensure that if washer filled up with liquids that it would shut down system before it can go above door level.
Washer low level sensor is to protect the drain pump so that if wash or rinse liquids are not flowing into washer drain that we shut down unit and not run drain pump without liquids.
Each washer comes with one wash cart customized to their request.
Options for washer:
- Extra carts (drum cart/ 5-gallon pail cart/ press parts cart/ pump cart) these carts are set to customers parts.
- External drain pan, this is when unit cart is removed the customer can let the parts drip off and drain off cart internal liquids.
- External drain pan, pneumatic pump. We offer a 1-inch air pump that customer can pump any liquids that are in the drain pan back into the washer.
- Exhaust fan vapor removal. We offer the exhausting of washer chamber so that vapors are removed.
- Heat cooling drying cycle, we can offer a heating cooling drying cycle to dry off the parts inside the washer.
