CTW-500 water washer.

The conveyorized tote washer will wash the interior and exterior of totes and bins. There are many types of bins that can be washed in the CTW-500 washer. Each washer can do sizes as larger 48” x 48” x 48”. The conveyor moves the Cubic yard bins into the wash chamber through the washing section. The high-pressure wash pump sends high impact spray to the exterior and interior of the Extra-large tote or bin as it passes by the wash chamber section.
After washing the Extra-large bins. The large totes move either out of the washer chamber as exiting conveyor for removal or into the second section chamber for rinsing if option was added. The parts will run through the rinsing chamber that will spray with full cone nozzles all over the large totes.
Drying chamber if added will have an extra length added after either washing or if rinsing is added to the end of the washer. Standard drying will include one blower, depending on how dry the customer wants the bins. Multiple blowers can be added to drying section to increase the drying of the large bins.
Optional water heating can be added to system, this will add an immersion heater and RTD monitoring to the washer liquid holding chamber below.
