CTW-100 water washer.

The conveyorized tote washer will wash the interior and exterior of totes and bins. There are many types of bins that can be washed in the CTW-100 washer. From sizes as larger 24 x 24 x24. The conveyor moves the bin into the wash chamber through the washing section. The high-pressure wash pump shots high impact spray to the exterior and interior of the tote or bin as it passes by the wash chamber nozzles.

After washing the parts or bins. The unit is offered with a rinsing cycle that as the totes passes by the rinsing chamber its full cone spray cleans off any remaining washing fluids that was sprayed on the bins.

Each washer is offered with a drying cycle that can be added. With this added we add a longer chamber for drying. The increased chamber also means longer internal conveyor for the extra chamber lengths. The drying chamber has multiple stages of blowers. Depending on the order there can be from 1 to 4 blowing sections moving air acrost the bins/totes that passes by the drying chamber.
