PS-15HP
Pail shredder PS-15HP is designed to shred up to 5-10 USG Pails. Smaller sized container also can be shredded through the PS-15HP. The drum can be loaded into the large bin on top or feed conveyor can be added to take the drum up and drop in into the chamber.
The shredder is elevated high enough so that the shredded materials can drop directly into the lower customer supplied dump bin.
The shredder is designed so that if the pail or pails are jamming in the shredder teeth, the PLC automatically reverses the shredder to remove the jammed materials. Then the unit starts again to shred the pails.
There is also a plastic pails option that has a cylinder push the plastic drum down onto the teeth of the shredder system to catch the plastic pails. Plastic pails without this (option) bounce around on top of the teeth.

- Larger hopper heavy construction steel.
- 15 HP motor, three phase power.
- Industrial gearbox reducing gears.
- Heavy construction square tubbing for elevated shredder for lower bin access.
- PLC controlled unit.
- Amp meter and voltage meter on door panel.
- Stairs and platform.
