Drum Washers DW2C- Explosion Proof Version
Closed drum washer for solvent applications. The washer can do open top or closed top drums. This washer can be configured for electrical explosion proof areas. Each unit comes with rotating wash interior nozzle. The nozzle is set to 100 PSI at 7.8 GPM and at 120 PSI it runs at 9 GPM. This will change based on solvents used.
The drum washer has on the system two push button start and stop. There is also E-stop located on the unit. The hazardous encloser in ensure safety, units that need larger enclosures will have purge system added to (PI-66 Panel).
The drum door limit switch to ensure that the door is closed. If switch is not activated the washer will not activate. Each unit has adjustable timer to set washes from 1 min to 60 min. This is to allow customer more time if needed based on buildup of materials in the drum.
The explosion proof electrical instruments and enclosure for hazardous areas to ensure the upmost safety of the unit. the unit also has hook up for static bonding or grounding of the equipment.
These washers are sold in Carbon steel, 304 stainless steel or in 316 stainless steel. This works solvent or water applications and is easily cleaned up when oils, grease, paint or inks get over exterior of it.

The electrical versions in (E or EXP) has a multistage high-pressure pump. This increases the pressure and flow rate output to clean the interior of the interior of the drum.
