SRV-90 Distillation unit
SRV-90
SRV-90 With transfer tank Holding tanks for still
The SRV-90 Distillation unit was designed for liquid to liquid separation. The still is used with solvent to solvent or solvent to oils separation and other liquid separations. Each recycler uses the distillation practice to remove the lower boiler from the waste stream.
The SRV-90 solvent recovery unit, can be set to operate under steam or electrical heating to remove the waste. If is set up to do low and high boiling solvents. The waste is left in the distillation unit and is discharger out of the bottom of the still through a 6-inch high performance butterfly valve.
The monitoring system is a PLC platform that watches the RTDs in the system. Each unit is monitored in the oil, sludges, cooling and vapor stream. This is to ensure temperatures are always regulated and removes operator Constance monitoring.
The unit also is offered for hazardous locations with solvents with flash point of 141 F/60 C or lower. The motors and electrical instruments are upgraded to meet requirements.
The solvent recycling unit is offered with a vacuum system to reduce the boiling point for high boilers and reduce the overall external temperature of the unit.
The unit is offered with 44-inch elevated base to put a 55 USG/200 litter drum under the still to remove larger separations of waste stream or multiple discharges before disposal.
The SRV are also offered with partial columns for higher purity level of the recycled solvents. It can also be used when customer has water in the waste stream. It helps with reduction of the water and reduces the carryover of waste product bonding to the water and solvents.
The HMI shows a P&ID screen, this allows the operator to see what is function well in operations. They can see all items that are activated well unit is distilling. There is also a setpoint screen that customer can adjust operation temperatures at any point of operations.
SRH-90 Distillation unit (40 KW X 2) Heating source, 35-45 Gallons per hour output per hour. 165-180 USG of heating oil, 200 USG interior vessel waste solvent holding, 120 GMP @ 30 PSI cooling/chilled water.
